Collserola run with my brother 10 km 00:55 08:51 pace

Softy and sweet yesterday's evening run with my brother into the Collserola's paths. The first 2 km were like jogging while I was talking with him to warm up the muscles ( calves and quads). In the next km, I was running on a quite nice pace about 5:40 to end up with a great sprint as I usually I'm tending to do in all my trainings outside.

The weather was perfect and as days become longer, I choose to run at the end of the evening to avoid the humidity and heat as much as I can!! Today, I choose to work on fitness workouts (especially abs), next to Flamenco dance class....great!! YAY!! ;)
