    Another 1500 metres session done with being more efficient on the water. That's what I did:
    6*25m= 150m= easy crawl style
    12*25m=300m=being efficient with pull-buoy

    Yesterday evening swim with no good sensations. It was a recovery session and I didn't push myself so much. Sometimes that's what the body only needs.

    Working on intensities!! 5 times: 800 metres at full speed cycling with 1,5 minutes for recovery time. When this is done, another round doing the same with a relax now speed.
