    Working the muscles mainly biceps, triceps and back especially, followed by inner and outer thighs and quads. Before this, I did some cardio 30m in the indoor bike with 8km done with resistance 13.

      I just keep pushing myself and changing things around really helps too! I've added so many different things to my gym workout and lessened what I'm doing in the pool now, which keeps it all fun & fresh. Doing the same thing over and over again, gets really boring and old.
