      Wow, sweet riding Carmen and great job. Do you ride outside too! I find it's harder to ride outside with all the elements versus in doors at they gym, but wasn't sure if you did both or just indoors. Great spinning though..

      @Pj, I only ride indoors but I want to ride outdoors too! I'm trying to convince one friend and go with him but I'll do it!
      I have noticed that my lower body is not as stronger as my upper body, so I need to work more on that!!!Also I need to hit more the weights and fitness area!! ;)

      Yeah @ Laura it's ridicolously hot and humid here but I took the decision not to complain about the weather anymore!
      Drinking 3 litres of cold water and lots of fruits and veggies is how I battle the heat and maintain myself well and hydratated!!!
