      Well, I'm plant based vegan, no refined sugars so my lifestyle and eating is very healthy. I know a lot of healthy folks, but sadly, there are more unhealthy folks that eat very poorly out there. Usually takes a disease to knock some sense into them. Glad you're swimming and loving California. My oldest daughter lives near San Francisco..

      Good for you, Pj! The unhealthy bodies here are a reflect of the eating habits and bad schedules on eating.

      Anyway, apart from that California is an amazing state with gorgeous places to hang on.

      yeah, but expect to swim soon on the sea.

      It's all about technique.. I was told a few days ago that I'm so fast and look so good swimming. I told them I'm certainly not in swim shape or fast, but I do have great technique, so that's why I look good. lol

      @ Apnea Exercise is diving the pool of 25 metres with any oxygen but your lungs: is for increasing anerobic capacity!!!

      Ah, when I was a synchronized swimmer, we swam 25 underwater, then came up and sprinted back 25. We call then under/overs.
