      Very Good. Bad day at work appear from time to time. Sport helps to delete the bad vibes. (for me it is a unvaluable resource) Good luck, breath deep and count till 10 is another tool.

      Well it's so with most of athletes I've known and that's life. You have to make many compromises and sacrifices to achieve the goal. Who said it was easy. It's all ups and downs and you make adjustments, and be victor in the end. Like Steve said me too had to sacrifice sleep to do my bodybuilding after 10 hours of night shift, and to worsen are injury and sickness. Hope your sail get full wind and happy training.

    Nice session on yesterday evening after some warming up in the gym doing ellyptical and indoor bike! (30 min ).
