      It's all about technique.. I was told a few days ago that I'm so fast and look so good swimming. I told them I'm certainly not in swim shape or fast, but I do have great technique, so that's why I look good. lol

      @ Apnea Exercise is diving the pool of 25 metres with any oxygen but your lungs: is for increasing anerobic capacity!!!

      Ah, when I was a synchronized swimmer, we swam 25 underwater, then came up and sprinted back 25. We call then under/overs.
