      I always feel abit down when i do not run, but a bit of rest does everybody good sometimes, normally the best way to fit things in is to go early in the morning

      Well it's so with most of athletes I've known and that's life. You have to make many compromises and sacrifices to achieve the goal. Who said it was easy. It's all ups and downs and you make adjustments, and be victor in the end. Like Steve said me too had to sacrifice sleep to do my bodybuilding after 10 hours of night shift, and to worsen are injury and sickness. Hope your sail get full wind and happy training.
