good Upper body

15 lb free weights:
3x8 bicep curls
3x8 shoulder press
3x8 chest press
3x8 neutral grip, alternating chest press
3x8 bent row
3x8 overhead tris (done with one 15 lb weight)

10 lb free weights:
3x8 chest fly
1x8 jabs/punches (random! was bored)
3x8 triceps extensions

Also did a good amount of ab work, most with an 8 lb med ball.

Edit: Forgot the push ups! I did 2 sets of 10, 2 sets of 5 for a total of 30 before hitting the weights :)
