I've been working out lately, but just hadn't picked back up posting on here. This was my run yesterday. I'm working on getting my pace down so that I feel comfotable running in the 9-9:30 minute/mile range. I lost my garmin charger so I only know my overall pace, but I think excluding two walk breaks, my pace was around 8:50 - 9:30 (definitely started my first mile quicker than I meant to).

Anyway, thanks for the messages of support while I've been gone. I'll try to get back on here more regularly :)
