Two weeks overdue...! 4 mi 00:21 05:17 pace

Moving this Friday, but I finally, FINALLY got the chance to squeeze in a workout. I was seriously starting to get depressed after 2 weeks of nothing but work, physics, and packing (oh yeah, and eating like shit :/).

Anyway, knees are still jacked up. After the move, I'm going to schedule a doc appt. No amount of rest or PT stretching/exercises seems to make much of a difference. It's been over 2 months now since this started. Who knows what's going on, but maybe some xrays/MRIs are in order.

As for today, well, I was pleased that I could still rock some pretty nice form push ups (heh, if I do say so myself), but I could definitely feel my 2 weeks off. Womp womp.

Warmed up on the bike for 20 mins, then in no particular order, did...
5x10 push ups
30/15/15 crunches
30/15/15 Russian twists (8 lb med ball)
15/15/15 side bends (10 lb weight)
30/15/15 bicycles
3x10 lunges
3x10 leg extensions (4 directions)
3x10 bicep curls (10 lbs)
3x10 arm extensions (10 lbs)
3x10 shoulder press (10 lbs)
3x10 overhead tri's (10 lbs)

Felt good to be back doing *something.* Plus, looking forward to having a gym in my new apt building! :D I'm sorry I've been missing out on all of your posts. I'll try to catch up soon!
