Core & Upper body

This isn't the exact order, just the easiest way to write it all out...
Push ups: 10/15/15/15/10
Pull ups: 5/5/5/5 (first five w/ 58 lbs assistance, the rest w/ 52)
Dips: 5/5/5/5 (first five w/ 28 lbs assistance, the rest w/ 22)
Bicep curls: 3x10 (10 lbs)
Flys: 3x10 (10 lbs)
Chest press: 3x10 (10 lbs)
Shoulder press: 3x5 (10 lbs)
Bent arm ... Something I don't know the name of because I might have made it up. (but it's really hard for me, lol): 3x5 (10 lbs)

4x20 crunches
4x20 bicycles

Plus bridges and other various leg exercises... Too lazy to keep writing :p
