2x30 sec supermans (each side, opposite leg/arm lifted)
50 extra bicycles

3x10 inner leg extensions
3x10 fire hydrants (each side)
3x10 donkey kicks (each side)
3x10 clamshells (each side)

Took the day off from arms since they are a bit sore from yesterday's swim/Thursday's weight lifting. Upper body will be the target tomorrow :)
