Part 2: Gym

3x25 crunches
10 push ups (arm warm up)
Pull ups: 5 w/ 64 lbs assistance, 4x5 w/ 58 lbs assistance
Dips: 5 w/ 34 lbs assistance, 4x5 w/ 28 lbs assistance

Then did the following series 3 times:
25 Russian twists
10 push ups
10 bicep curls (each side, 12.5 lbs)
10 shoulder press (12.5 lbs each hand)
10 press on med ball (10 lbs each hand)
10 flys on med ball (10 lbs each hand)

Finished with 3x10 overhead tris (12.5 lbs)

That was a GOOD workout. I hope I'm not too sore tomorrow - plan is to get my first swim in!
