Knees are showing improvement, slowly but surely. Did 10 mins on the elliptical as part of my appt/routine. Also did:
3x10 bridges on med ball
3x10 leg extensions w/ resistance band -- 4 directions
2x10 single leg dead lifts (each side)
2x10 lunges (each side)
3x10 bird dogs
