I finally felt comfortable enough again on the bike to get a reasonable amount of cardio. I would have liked to do more if it wasn't so late already. Silly work getting in the way. Followed this with upper body and PT stuff. I didn't have my normal energy/strength today... Probably a combo of not eating enough/eating shitty food and a cumulative lack of sleep lately.

3x8 assisted pull ups (64 counterweight... Really struggled on the last 4)
3x8 assisted dips (34 cw - getting close to full body weight!)
3x8 seated rows (50 lbs - felt weak on these)
10/15/10 push ups (lame, arms had nothing left)
3x10 bridges on med ball
3x10 leg lifts (3 sets each forward, inner, and outer leg)... Ran out of time to do the rest, plus I was just TIRED.

In other news, this no-running business has finally pushed me to start swimming. Well, for now I just bought a suit/goggles/swim cap, haha. In a few weeks I'll have access to a university pool. I'm also moving and my new apt will have a gym. I'm thinking the money I pay now for a gym can go towards a local pool membership when my summer pool access ends. We'll see! But I grew up practically living in a pool (Pisces!) and actually had some natural talent as a kid. I'm sure it will kick my butt (and arms, shoulders, obliques, and basically everything), but I'm excited to give it a go :)
