Same ol' PT stuff...

Mondays are my longest days... Leave for work at 6:45 am, return from class by about 9 pm. Sooooo, just had time to squeeze in my usual leg/hip exercises: leg extensions 4 ways, bridges, and bird dogs, all while watching the Rangers (Let's go Rangers!!!!! Aaaahhhh they just won! Yay!). Also, if I may brag for a moment, I got a 96 on my exam today. Woot! So even though the back of my knee still hurts (and now the other might be getting a bit if the same pain?!), there are some good things going on :)

    I'm taking stats now, then physics 1 & 2 over the summer to complete my pre-med reqs. If that all goes well, it'll be MCAT mode come fall.

    Brain obviously benefitting from all the physical stuff.
    Second knee pain same place, could be referred trying to compensate. Shoes ok? Anything else changed recently? Can you get this assessed?

    Great job sticking with the PT exercises. I agree with Fegrig, if you're feeling pain in a similar place on the other knew, might want to have it checked out.
