Mondays are my longest days... Leave for work at 6:45 am, return from class by about 9 pm. Sooooo, just had time to squeeze in my usual leg/hip exercises: leg extensions 4 ways, bridges, and bird dogs, all while watching the Rangers (Let's go Rangers!!!!! Aaaahhhh they just won! Yay!). Also, if I may brag for a moment, I got a 96 on my exam today. Woot! So even though the back of my knee still hurts (and now the other might be getting a bit if the same pain?!), there are some good things going on :)
