    Accidently wore my old shoes (oops) and didn't have my gps on so I know I was running for 34mins but not sure about the distance 100%. Over all a great effort.

    :P my knee is still being a bit pooey. Not ready for weights yet. I think I will give jogging a rest for the rest of the week and do some bike riding.
