Thanks Rob, you too! I've been running quite a bit since surgery (last October) but I've been slacking on logging my mileage on here. School is trying to drown me these days!!!

3 weeks since I had hip surgery, I've been able to walk about this distance every day for 5 days now. I'm also getting in some great core training, getting strong for running again!

Thanks guys, I'm hanging in there, and hopefully on I'm on the road to running. I have a tear in my hip capsule, and I'll be getting an injection next week. That injection will hopefully relieve some pain and I can dig into physical therapy. It's just LOVELY that all this is happening five days before school starts. AAAARGH!!!!
