    My right knee was bugging me the whole time, then my right FOOT acted up...my left knee was so/so and the ACTUAL hurt foot didn't start paining me until about 3.5 miles in. OH THE INJURIES.

    not as fast as I was 2 weeks ago, but a week off of running, a hurt foot and messed up knees...it'll take a hot minute to get back in the zone.
