    With A and H. Lovely morning! First 4 were tough for me for some reason. Last 4 were easier. Glad I was with friends for accountability.

    Slow but strong! Loving my Shalanes (Nike Lunarglides). It's funny how quickly things can change because I woke up with a pounding headache and had a minor cleanse before the run.

    First run in these lightweight stability shoes went great. The bottoms of my feet feel better than they do in my Asics. Try longer run next time.

    First run in almost 2 weeks started strong, lagged when side stitches threatened (weird), and finished strong (for me right now, strong=10ish pace). Blister pain has finally lessened.
