    Resting the foot doesn't seem to be helping my PF. Tried a very slow run/walk. Walked the hills. It almost feels better running than walking. We'll see.

    Tried the elliptical first, but it still hurts where I adjusted my gait. Just an easy ride on the bike for an hour.

    PF has reared its head, so I went to gym. The elliptical hurt, so I switched to bike. There was no power at the gym, so they had to kick us all out after a bit for safety.
