    Cross training day started out with muscle pump, and it showed that I hadn't been to this class in a while. My arms are jelly, in a good way.

    Pleased with sub 10 average even with stopping to pet a fluffy all-white cat. I made up time by trying to catch up with my faster neighbor. I succeeded!

    Glad to be back after missing it the last two weeks. It felt super hard, especially the last intense 6-7 minutes. I needed it on many levels!
