    Glad to run with A, but this was a tough one. Felt icky and tired, and hills made me cranky. Stomach was unsettled after, and head bothered me, too. Bleh.

    Great run with A in her hood. She made up a route that is fairly well-lit and near homes. Very hilly and although she thought she would need to walk, we ran it all, slowly.
