    Haven't run this far in a while and it was great to run with Cora. The last few miles were rough for me, but we saw Santa!

    I wasn't sure how long my Lunar Glides would last, but when I started getting funny random twinges, I figured it was time. Slipped on a new pair today and definitely feel the difference.

    Nothing like emptying the brain and legs on a long run. Therapy after losing two loved ones in the space of one week. Although this is third consecutive Saturday running 10 miles, I'm wiped.

    Doing a week trial at a different gym. Tried their muscle cut class. Today's class was mainly legs and planks. It all kicked my sorry butt. I liked the instructor and learned a few things. Hmmm.
