    Sluggish today, but it was nice to see the deer back in the neighborhood. Two does with their young.

    Great run in the sun! Kept the pace easy and thoroughly enjoyed this one. Last mile was the fastest, but still at conversational level.

    Warm up. Sprint to fire hydrant, walk to drain, jog to corner. Turn around and do the same going back for total of six sprints. Walk home.
