    PF has reared its head, so I went to gym. The elliptical hurt, so I switched to bike. There was no power at the gym, so they had to kick us all out after a bit for safety.

    First run in black/multi Lunarglide 6 shoes. It is not their fault MY FEET HURT SO EFFING BAD! Standing all weekend was hell on my feet, and I even wore good shoes.
