    I started out too fast but had enough at the end to hold on and finish.

    The first 16 felt good but the last 4 were hot and humidity started to become an issue. My feet and toes were sore. Watch stopped at 16 as well. 2:30:05 for first 16 miles.

    Went nicely. Quite a headwind for over half of it. Stopped to get water and there are still quite a few hills on this route.

    Not sure of the time since I ran at 8pm and didn't think I would be able to see the time anyway. Temp was under 70 and I did not encounter too many vehicles.

    Did a 1 mile warm up followed by 400, 1600, 1200, 400 and a cool down. Thought it would be more humid than it was. At least there was a slight breeze. Still in the 80's.
