good Monday: Spin-ervals with Mr. Big! 9.5 mi 00:45 12.7mph pace

did "Spin-ervals" with Mr. Big! (aka Big Chain Ring) This was our first work out together. Not too bad... managed a little over 50 cadence during the work intervals. Had terrible "knee clicking" during warm up... did not settle down. Not sure what that's all about. Over all good work out... happy with they way I managed "Mr. Big"!
