Okay - So early to me is about 10:00 :) I had an appointment this afternoon - so I pushed my run to the morning. I must admit - it was nice to get it done early so I could focus on the rest of my day :) Tried to do a flip-flop run (one mile slow, next mile fast, etc.) - but the wind kept me from doing that on one mile in particular (open road, straight stretch with the wind pushing me backward - or so it seemed :), so I had to make adjustments. Overall a nice run. BTW - remind me to not take "running gear" advice from my son, who's always HOT BLOODED and I'm always COLD :) Brrr!!!


Nice early run Carla... I prefer morning workouts myself... Gives you the rest of the day to get things done :) Good work!

Thanks Dale!! I just need to work on getting to bed earlier - so I can get up earlier... Bad habits of a homeschooling family :)
