      I'm still hanging in there. The insanity workouts are pretty repetitive each week. I'm into week 3 now. I believe it will change on week 5. Thanks Pantha!

    I was trying to reach 1000 calories but my toe started to hurt so, I stopped. I got pretty close though. When I took my sneaker and sock off my toe was bleeding. I'm glad I stopped.

    I wish I could do this workout everyday. My incline was between 5 and 9 and my speed was between 3.5 and 4. I feel great. Avg HR 164 Max HR 180. I was drenched at the end of this workout.

      Great walk, Carla. You may not care but as a safety tip, if you are going to be synching your outdoor workouts (walk, run, rides) routes and stuff just make sure you go to the training tab, settings, and make it all viewable to you. I did this after finding out anyone, or creeps could just google my name and see where i run, and can even click on my dailymile workouts and see my pics. Thats why i changed my real name to my super hero name too. This site isn't private.
