    My right knee still hurts from yesterday so I had to modify some of the moves. Gonna do some research later today to see if Spin class is a good substitute for hill training.

      I was told that stair climbing is a good substitute for hills.Spin will keep he cardio going strong.Why does your knee hurt? Hope it feels better soon.

    I finally made it to a Zumba class at my new gym. Great class, but the instructor announced that she won't be teaching it anymore. I might try the new instructor out next week.

      LOL! did she think you were singing to her? I really enjoy the music when taking classes at the gym, it makes it so much easier to push thru some of the harder stuff.
