      Great job. A short hard effort like that is great for running fitness. If you did that mile run hard twice a week it will pay dividends on your longer runs.

      Oh no! Back issues are the worst-hoping it resolves itself! If not, I went to a PT for some issues in my hip/groin and I am totally sold on PT now-worked great. Took a couple of months to come back, but I really liked it. Most insurances will cover PT with a physician referral.
