    Wow I really love yoga! When I saw doctor after disk injury, he said I need to do more of this type of workout instead of running. Biking and yoga are now my friends. Happy!

    Back to the run after 2 days inactive due to resting a sore lower back. Medicine ball in the sand might have been too uneven for me, as back was really sore. Will stick to level ground for a while.
