blah 2 mi 00:30 15:00 pace
no bueno. technological failure, sneaker failure, friction burn.. all around irritating run equaled a lack in motivation and an early finish. Gonna give em hell next time though!

RUN
good 1.5 mi 00:14:39 09:46 pace
It was a beautiful day for a run. Started out very slow again and was actually able to shave off about half a minute from being able to give it some juice in the end.

RUN
alright River Road Run 1.5 mi 00:13:46 09:10 pace
Last consecutive run before my "rest" day. Muscles started to ache a little bit I also think that from the improper shoes I've been running in.

RUN
alright River Road Run 3 mi 00:31 10:19 pace
My run down River Road and back seemed a lot longer than it did in past runs. I am in need of some running shoes customized to my gait as these Nikes will not let me go much further
