Taper Week. Kept the pace nice and light. Tried to run easily and at a speed I felt I could continue indefinitely while also not feeling like I was dogging it. No elevation around the bogs so 7:15s felt just about right.

    Well see what race day brings. I've never even gone half the distance on the trails so if nothing else it will be an interesting learning experience. Saturday can't come fast enough.
