Felt a lot better physically than yesterday. The lungs were mostly back as well as the legs. My knees still ached a bit but not enough to worry about. Just need to run the kinks out over the next few days, get back into the routine and I'll feel fine. Ran single track trails 95% of the time which is always fantastic. It was a great way to start the morning. The first 4 miles I ran easy and relaxed but at a nice pace. The last 2 miles I went after pretty hard and got the heart rate up. It is always nice to end a workout with a runner's high.
