The J. and I met up with Kat D. and Kelly at the EG park to do some speed work. Did mile repeats tonight, with a 400 rest. Felt solid the first two then my legs got a little shaky during the 3rd but still finished strong. Felt good and had negative mile splits, although I had to stop during the 3rd mile to get a drink because I had the worst cotton mouth and it was getting hard to breath. Still very happy.
