great Lake Natoma to Beal's - 6/16/12 19.36 mi 03:18 10:12 pace

Went out early this morning (5am) with The Jesse, Kat D., Kelly, and Bill C to do a lap around Lake Natoma and then up "bertha" and back. The lap around the lake was at a pretty good pace for the girls and they were looking strong. When we got to the base of the hill I decided I was going to push it up the hill and get some good hill work in. Everyone turned around at different spots to go back, everyone over 16, I decided to go to the top of the hill at Beal's Point. I definitely felt the push but it was good to the last 5 at a sub 9min mile pace. Glad we beat the heat.
