    Ran later in the day because I wasn't feeling the 9degree temps when I woke up this morning! Felt really good and light. Hopefully the workout tomorrow feels the same!

    Felt a little tired on this run in the beginning. I didn't start feeling fresh until mile 4.5, after that the rest of the run felt good. Just cold!
