    I am working on trying to keep on pace. I was all over the place today.

    Ran 2 miles warm up, 2 miles cool down, and 2x30 second repeats. It was nice and early. Got it done.

    Ran with the PW1 group. It was nice and hot today. We had a small group today. They all did great.

      Good run, I have been adjusting to heat out here as well. I can really tell because my heart rate is a lot harder to get under control, even at slow paces.
