I ran this morning but I have been at the hospital all day so I am just now getting a chance to add this. It was hot and sunny! 84 degrees and only 41% humidity. It was good! My pace was better today. I got a good chance to sweat out some toxins. :) Life is good. My Mama is better, thank God! I love to run!
