    Someone told me to use the stair stepper to train for the hills on Ragnar. I'm hoping they are right because it was hard! I needed it.

      I always wonder if the aerobics instructors get a very good workout while they're teaching. You guys always make it look so easy!

      Oh yeah, if i'm not feeling it, then I up the anty. I want to get a workout too. It's a good way to guage how the class might be feeling. :) Wish you could come sometime!
