This run out to feed the horses and back always gives me some nice negative splits. Got up to a 7:45/mi on the last half mile. I went to a Chi Running workshop on Saturday. Though I understood the concept well the video showed I was not doing it properly. So I'm back to working on form and efficiency. relaxed efficiency = faster
