Since 6 miles was the first distance I had ever really trained for I have always based my fitness level from my 10K time. A sub-60min has always been my meridian with a sub-50 min (barely) being my best. So being mid-July with this pace I feel I am right on track with my recovery. I ached all over and near nausea the last mile or so. But what's another mile or so when you know it's going to be worth it! And today is my Friday! :) Have a great day!
