I want my routine back; I barely made it out the door. I bought a shoe pod for my Garmin awhile back and have not had a chance to use it until this morning. I took off to calibrate it with the GPS. While this is happening there is no other information other than a bar similar to downloading a program. When that was finished and the screen came back on I noticed that my HR was too high. So I slowed way down for the rest of the run and worked on keeping my HR at a manageable range. I think that will be my plan for tomorrow, just watch my HR. One cool thing about the pod is it keeps track of my cadence. My average today was 168bpm. Not where I would like to be, but I can work with that. Have a great day everyone! It's my Friday, so it can only get better for me. :)

You will get your routine back. Getting back into your rhythm is hard at first as you regain your strength. I promise - before you know it, you'll be back where you were - and then FARTHER than you were! Keep it up, my friend! :)
