Breaking a sweat without leaving the house. Learning to balance while using the remote. ;)

I hope you're okay Calvin! Glad u got a elliptical, I think it's a great work out and keeps your cardio endurance up when u can't really run as far or as fast as u would like! :) I am just focusing now on getting back in super shape since I slacked off so bad.... after almost 3 years it's bound to happen...

Nice workout Calvin! Another tricky part with the remote is not dropping it. I have done that a couple of time while on the spin bike : )

A gimpy Calvin is still almost 30 seconds a mile faster than a "healthy" pissed of running with anger Les! So you don't have a lot to worry about -- Yet!

How did you feel today?

No worse. It's weird. When I first stand up it hurts like @#$ for about 10 steps. Then it's not so bad. :-?

Calvin, is it plantar faciitis? I have had that for about 8 months. Always makes me limp like an old lady when I first get up, then no big deal when it loosens up. Doesn't affect my running.

My understanding of PF is you feel it on the bottom of the heel. Mine is the back of the heel. Hopefully the doc will give me some encouraging news on Tue. If I'm cleared I'll be running again.

My PF was in my right arch for a long time, then worked it's way (as it got worse) into my heel. I hope you get good news, Calvin!!! I'm eager to hear about you running again since I know it makes you so happy!

Maybe it's paranoia, but mine started on the back just above the heel and below the Achilles. But now it seems to be dropping a little below. Thank you for your well wishes. It was great to be running on Saturday.
