  3. RUN
    alright 3.05 mi 00:25 08:14 pace

I didn't feel like going out this morning. But I had to get up for the dogs. The first thing I read was of a friend and classmate who lost his battle with cancer. So I ran. I ran for them all.

Yah, I missed you. Thought you must have switched to another app. But sometimes we just need to rest. I'm usually off for about a month each year. If I don't, I get back aches or something else aches. And remembering the last time I spent 1/2 hour on a horse, I'd say a horse back ride counts for something...

  7. RUN
good Reverse Route 3.7 mi 00:36 09:45 pace

After celebrating the 4th with food and drink I decided I should get up and run. I ran to main street and then ran the 5K route in reverse. At a much easier pace of course.

Great job Calvin! I have a friend whose ankles randomly give out on her and she will fall flat on her face while running. Poor thing.

Thanks all! Yes Charles it was pretty cool. On our first lap the announcer called my name and told everyone "He's the guy who started all of this madness!" lol Many of the people who run it now have a love/hate relationship with it. They talk about the grouling hill, but they keep coming back each year. :)
