    Ran PXP loop, nice and hilly, Felt best i have in a long time. PAIN FREE???? WOOOOHOOOO wanted to run 10m but cant stress on the extra quarter mile. Felt good, 70 miles this week...60 to go

    Ran really relaxed. Tried to take it easy. First day back after taking three days off due to my dang knee and ankle problems. Felt ok, and no pain after so ill be running tomorrow.
