great Little Pre's Long Run 5.11 mi 00:41 07:59 pace

Took @LittlePre for a ride in the jogging stroller - awesome way to force myself to run a nice, slow recovery pace. Yea, this week was inconsistent, but I had a great fartlek workout and a great 20-miler, so no harm done. Normalcy next week?

little pre - i love it! My parents kept joking with me today that they could tell where I was because they'd look for this really fast guy pushing a stroller who was always way ahead of me. When I think about guys like you, that makes a lot of sense!

Normalcy or not, Little Pre came back to the house in the same giggling mood that he left it. And that is an amazing feat--to maintain a happy mood for 40 whole minutes. I think he's hooked!

Let me know what your findings are as to the best way to approximate normalcy. Got my own little one on the way in April so I'm looking for whatever advice I can get...

@Peter: Routine, in our experience, is really comforting to a baby. The sooner you can find and stick to a routine, the better. My world gets messed up by travel, but I chose to be a management consultant, and it comes with the territory.
