For me, this is a solid hour on the bike...good pace considering the heat, and that I haven't spent much time cycling lately. I think I'm going to add a few hours of cycling to my existing training schedule to help my muscles stay alert. I'll try to get some running in later, time and death weather allowing.

Great job, Caleb! I did also hear cycling is really good for running - for your muscle tone in the knee area. Try to stay out of the death weather, though!
