Since I found that the loop from Trout -> Manor -> Maze -> Lake -> Manor -> Trout is almost exactly 10 miles during the easy portion of my long run yesterday, I figured I'd just go run that loop again with the sports watch. Felt totally uncoordinated from the Manor to Apple Barn...guess the descending legs are still in a bit of shock from the work of late. Actually felt much better climbing today, and feel generally normal after the run.

Lots of work to do this week. This all had better pay off come NYC, as I'm nice and tired.
