good 10-7-2 Rhythm 19.15 mi 02:08 06:40 pace

Started out with tired legs. Ran 10 from Trout Lake around Moses Cone, then changed into flats for 7 @ MP + 15 seconds per mile. Today's workout goal was rhythm and consistency, even over not optimal terrain. All the rhythm miles went great except for a couple of Garmin weirdnesses (3rd mile said I was running 5:59 pace at .99 miles, then the split was 6:08??, 6th mile was at 6:00 pace, then all of a sudden 6:25 for a bit, then measured long by a 10th, which means I really ran 5:50-ish...oops). Anyhow, all good other than my feet are shot from the uneven, rocky surface.
