Easy hour around the normal Townie loop haunts in SKORA Forms. Chose them in order to force my lower legs to do some work today and force the workout junk out. Tomorrow will be an energy system economy workout via some fartlek.

Nice loop, Caleb! I'm interested in your opinion on those shoes for recovery also. I always feel like I should use a little more shoe, but not sure why.
