Daily coaching tip: Warm up proximal (center of your body) to distal (out to your extremities). Start with core and hip looseners, then glutes, then quads and hamstrings, then calves, then feet. Same thing with your upper body. This mimics the action of your body when running (transferring energy from center-out) and helps with muscular coordination when it's time to begin the run.
