good Mountains to Sea Trail 4.74 mi 00:35 07:26 pace

Got out for a late lunch run on the Mountains to Sea trail with Damon. My watch didn't grab the first mile (clouds and all), so the Garmin link isn't complete. Last mile back uphill was a climb and a half. First time back in my X-Talon 190's since HAT way back in March. Ah, good memories.
