Supposed to just be a base miles day, but since I was happily rocking to some tunes within the first mile, I decided to turn right and head over the nasty bugger of a hill on Baird's Creek. Once over that, I was just going on autopilot with the watch on time-of-day. And that's how running faster than I should be happens. :-)
Also, remember that project I was "done with" a couple days ago...well, I hopefully made the final final final revisions before heading out for this run...
