Got myself up for a rare predawn start today so that I could log a decent workout before a full day. Plan was warmup, then 3 times a loop that I knew was at least 1.5 miles with 2 minutes float, then cooldown.

Weather was colder than it has been the last few days (28ish, so no complaints), and I felt a wee bit like I was pressing more than the pace would dictate, but I think my legs are just getting back in the swing of more mileage...all that to say running marathon pace on a cold morning with semi-tired legs is a good thing.

Paces for the 1.68 mile loop were 6:01, 5:55, 5:53. Next time I'll have to drop it to Half pace if the leggies allow.
