Simple approach today: Auto-lap off, Garmin on time-of-day, back with a bit more effort than out. Out in 6:54 pace, back in 6:28 pace. No real goal other than to have a bit of effort in my legs prior to a workout tomorrow.

This run was a real treat, though, because I am basically done with a HUGE project after finishing up some updates to a presentation this morning. That's one big monkey off my back (for now at least...).

Congrats on finishing the project - great way to celebrate. I did the WOTOD today too but still had the auto lap on, turning that off the next three days.
