    HR in 130-145 range. This was my "long ride" for the week. Lack of saddle time/butt tougness is limiting factor at this point. Too cold to run--glad for the trainer. Best gift ever!

      So, you get to count spinning as mileage? That'll help. It weird, every time I think about you riding indoors, I end up thinking about the Rocky 4 movie training montage... indoor training with fancy equipment vs out in the elements. Not sure why. Im sure Ill figure it out. I did have a good ride home today... the wind was very rough. It felt good just to be able to overcome the wind and make it all the way home. Got in some great hills too.

      You probably think of Rocky 4 when you think of my training because I have pretty much the same physique as Dolf had back when he was in his prime. It is wierd isn't it--Rocky Road comes to mind when I think about your training. Not sure why...
