12 miles on the bike in 44 min. followed by 5 mile run in 40 min. for a 8:49 pace.

Easiest 7 mile workout I have ever done. Pace was only 13:08/mile. I never broke a sweat and my HR stayed below 70bpm. However I did use 4.5 gallons of gas. Thank god for riding mowers :-)

Thanks, as for a crew, I believe once the race starts I can't have help. All my gear is inside the transition area and off limits to all but the participants. I could use a cheering section :-)
