Dammit to hell. Gotta love some anterior shin splints :(
It's only my right leg, which is what happened to me last year as well. I'm not sure if my right foot pronates or supinates, and I'm not really sure how to find out. What says ye ol' great runners?

I can't help you here 87. I honestly don't know the difference, but RICE always helps! (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation)
